How much does shipping cost?

All packages are posted Royal Mail first class tracked.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do offer international shipping but unfortunately cannot ship to Switzerland due to laws around the importation of precious metals. International shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. All taxes and import costs are to be covered by the buyer and will vary depending on country.

When will my pieces be posted?

I do hold a small amount of ready made stock but most pieces are made to order. If I am making to order then I aim to deliver your pieces within a 2-3 week time frame but please do message me if you need something sooner and I will do my best to accommodate.

What is your return policy? 

We will accept returns of items that have not been worn or damaged up to 28 days after receiving your item. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of returning the item and it is recommended that the item is sent via the royal mailed tracked service.

Earrings are non returnable (due to hygiene reasons) unless they are faulty.
